  • Our Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at mybirthdayflower@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. we will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a refund or replacement.

  • Copyright and Trademarks: All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of My Birthday Flower or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of My Birthday Flower.
